About the role
TL;DR
Build AI model environments, evaluations, and datasets at the edge of AI.
- •As a Member of Technical Staff on the Frontier Data team, you will build environments, evaluations, and datasets that expand the capabilities of frontier AI models.
- •This role involves identifying high-value capability gaps and designing the tasks, reward signals, and data to close them.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build RL environments, evaluations, and datasets targeting frontier model capability gaps.
- •Develop internal platforms and infrastructure to run tasks at scale with high throughput and reproducibility.
- •Collaborate with researchers and engineers at leading AI labs to shape dataset development.
- •Build grading harnesses, metrics, and automated checks to ensure quality.
- •Prototype fast and harden successful solutions into production systems.
- •Requirements Practical experience with agents, evaluations, or RL workflows.
- •Strong technical background and written communication skills.
- •Experience with computer vision or multimodal models is a plus.
