TL;DR
Manage global rewards programs including compensation and benefits.
- •Capitolis is seeking a Manager, Global Rewards to design and manage benefits, compensation, policies, and programs to engage and motivate world-class talent.
- •This role will shape the future infrastructure for how Capitolis attracts, retains, and supports employees.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with managers and HR Business Partners on compensation framework, programs, and decisions.
- •Conduct compensation benchmarking and support annual performance review cycles.
- •Manage day-to-day benefits administration and administer global benefits.
- •Maintain the HRIS system, including pulling reports and conducting data analysis.
- •Requirements 7-10 years of relevant work experience, preferably with compensation consulting/analytics.
- •Knowledge of global compensation practices (base salary, variable incentives, equity grants, sales incentive plans).
- •Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- •Broad knowledge of Human Resources principles, policies, and benefit programs in the US.
