- •The role involves managing corporate tax functions and ensuring compliance with all jurisdictions.
- •Key Responsibilities Prepare corporate tax returns, VAT/GST and other tax payments in the EU, UK, and globally.
- •Manage corporate tax calendar, system controls, and tax reporting processes.
- •Develop and maintain transfer pricing policy, intercompany agreements, management fees, and IP licensing arrangements.
- •Ensure correct deferred tax treatment according to IFRS and US GAAP.
- •Conduct tax audits and provide tax advice to the CFO and business units.
- •Realize tax benefits such as R&D tax credits and IP Box.
- •Manage international tax compliance, including Pillar Two, and assess their business impact.
- •Lead external tax consultants and tax authorities.
