- •Key Responsibilities Guide design for manufacturability (DFM) and inspection techniques to support internal design processes.
- •Drive supplier quality development throughout product stages, including design reviews and supplier qualification.
- •Partner with engineering, sourcing, and program management to ensure predictable supply and manage supplier technical performance.
- •Own the elimination of supplier risk to improve quality and reliability across the product lifecycle.
- •Support Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) and Material Review Board (MRB) activities.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering or similar technical field. 2+ years of experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Engineering, or Manufacturing Engineering in relevant environments.
- •Experience with electronics manufacturing processes, test methods, and high voltage systems.
- •Experience scaling supplier capabilities from prototype to high-rate production.
- •Experience with First Article Inspection (FAI) and quality management systems.
