Acquire and support VTC drivers for Fleetch on the Yango platform.
- •Fleetch is looking for a Field Commercial Performance VTC to boost its growth.
- •Your role is to represent Fleetch to the city's drivers to convince them to join us as a reference partner on the Yango application.
- •You are the face of Fleetch in the field and your mission is to grow our community of active drivers.
- •Key Responsibilities Field Acquisition: Meet VTC drivers to present the benefits of joining the Fleetch fleet on Yango.
- •Promotion of Fleetch offers: Highlight our competitive advantages (reduced service fees, exclusive reward programs, and welcome bonuses).
- •Support and Activation: Follow up with the driver from registration to ensure they start their activity quickly and successfully.
- •Performance Monitoring: Retain drivers by encouraging them to maintain a high level of activity on the partner platform.
- •Digital Reporting: Use your phone and Google Sheets for daily tracking of your prospects and conversion results.
- •Requirements Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills: You are sociable and convincing, you have an easy contact and know how to quickly establish a climate of trust with drivers.
- •Winning mentality: You are motivated by objectives and earnings (unlimited variable compensation).
- •Rigor and organization: You know how to manage your contact lists and your prospecting schedule autonomously.
- •Technical proficiency: You know how to use a smartphone, messaging applications, and Google Sheets for your work tracking.
