About the role
TL;DR
Lead a team of title professionals to ensure optimal productivity and accuracy.
- •Lead a team of 10+ title professionals to ensure optimal productivity and accuracy.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, refine, and implement daily and weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the title department.
- •Actively monitor daily team metrics, ensuring all employees are meeting production goals and maintaining high compliance standards.
- •Provide real-time feedback, conducting regular one-on-ones and performance reviews to help team members hit their daily targets.
- •Oversee daily title operations, ensuring the team seamlessly executes established workflows and state DMV regulations.
- •Maintain an open mind to operational adjustments, identifying gaps where team performance drops and implementing strategic coaching or minor tweaks to get metrics back on track.
- •Serve as the primary liaison between the Title department and Sales, Remarketing, Insurance, Customer Service, and other operations teams.
- •Requirements 5+ years of hands-on vehicle title experience is strictly required.
- •Proven experience managing teams (10+ employees preferred) with a heavy focus on developing and enforcing daily production metrics.
- •Strong experience creating and analyzing Salesforce reports, alongside advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (specifically Google Sheets for data tracking).
- •Ability to work out of our Boston office 5 days a week.
