Enrollment Advisor
About the role
TL;DR
Advise prospective students, guide them through the application process, and drive enrollment for university partners.
- •Noodle's Enrollment Advisors support student recruitment for university partners, acting as the first personal interaction for prospective students.
- •The goal is to provide excellent service and meet recruitment benchmarks by engaging with prospects throughout the recruitment cycle.
- •Key Responsibilities Identify and understand prospective students' needs using critical thinking and problem-solving.
- •Engage with prospects via phone, text, and email, following expected cadences.
- •Qualify new inquiries and applicants, encouraging timely application progression through meaningful conversations.
- •Clearly articulate institutional offerings and differentiators.
- •Guide prospects through the application lifecycle from inquiry through deposit with accurate and ethical advice.
- •Requirements Bachelor's Degree. 1+ years of higher education, admissions, recruitment, and/or sales experience preferred.
- •Project management experience preferred.
- •Positive attitude, grit, drive, and persistence.
- •Ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
- •Strong time management skills and ability to work independently.
