- •Key Responsibilities Own supplier quality for steel fabrication and building systems suppliers.
- •Audit fabrication shops on weld quality, dimensional control, and coating systems.
- •Run source inspections on fabricated assemblies.
- •Standardize the quality requirements flowdown.
- •Requirements Quality assurance experience in steel fabrication.
- •Ability to read weld procedure specifications and structural drawings.
- •Experience in rejecting fabricated work and managing schedule fallout.
- •Ability to bring shops up to standard.
- •AWS CWI certification, AISC-certified shop experience, NDE methods, and modular construction QA are a bonus.
