About the role
TL;DR
Lead site security operations, manage the security team, and ensure compliance with government regulations.
- •Nooks is pioneering Classified-Infrastructure-as-a-Service (CIaaS) and is seeking a Security Manager to own security operations at their site.
- •This role involves leading all security operations, overseeing the site security team, and acting as the primary liaison with partners.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead all aspects of site and program security, ensuring compliance with NISPOM, SCI, and SAP regulations.
- •Oversee site security operations and manage incident response.
- •Lead coordination and execution of assessments, inspections, and accreditation activities.
- •Supervise, mentor, and ensure the operational readiness of the site security team.
- •Requirements At least 9 years of experience in industrial and physical security, with significant time in cleared defense contracting, SCIF, and/or SAP environments.
- •Prior experience serving as an FSO or in a role carrying equivalent authority.
- •Deep working knowledge of NISPOM, SCI, and SAP requirements.
- •Demonstrated people-management experience.
- •Strong executive presence and communication skills.
