About the role
TL;DR
Assists with electrical testing, equipment setup, and basic measurements.
- •The Field Service Technician (NETA 1) assists technicians with basic measurements, test equipment setup and removal, basic acceptance testing, maintenance testing, and cleaning.
- •The role is responsible for ensuring personal safety while performing these tasks.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist in setting up and removing test equipment for various testing activities.
- •Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment.
- •Maintain cleanliness of test equipment in work areas.
- •Perform basic electrical measurements under the guidance of senior technicians.
- •Record and report measurement data accurately.
- •Requirements High school diploma/GED required, Associate’s degree from an accredited 2-year technical college or trade school preferred.
- •Basic understanding of electrical theory.
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- •Interpersonal and social skills; strong customer service skills.
- •Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
