- •Tulip is seeking a Global Head of Marketing / Chief Marketing Officer to lead their marketing strategy and execution.
- •This role involves shaping the brand narrative, driving demand generation, and building an AI-native marketing organization.
- •Key Responsibilities Own Tulip's marketing strategy end to end, aligning it to company growth targets and defining our position as the leader in AI-native frontline operations.
- •Build, develop, and retain a high-performing, diverse marketing team and reengineer how the team works to set the standard for AI adoption.
- •Own marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue, building a durable, data-driven growth engine in lockstep with Commercial.
- •Requirements 12-15+ years of marketing experience, including several years leading marketing at the executive level and marketing on a global scale, ideally in enterprise B2B SaaS.
- •A track record of scaling marketing through high-growth stages and building the team, systems, and pipeline to match.
- •Demonstrated ownership across the full marketing spectrum, including storytelling, brand, demand generation, product marketing, communications, PR, and events.
- •Deep conviction about AI's impact on marketing, with a track record of building or transforming a marketing organization to be AI-native.
