Provide technical solutions for clients in the commercial real estate sector.
- •As a Senior Technical Solutions Consultant, you will provide tailored solutions for clients in the commercial real estate sector, focusing on the VTS Activate product landscape.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the definitive subject matter expert for the VTS Activate suite's integration landscape.
- •Design and deliver advanced technical demonstrations for prospects and clients.
- •Provide advanced technical support during the sales process.
- •Lead knowledge transfer and cross-functional upskilling initiatives.
- •Collaborate with clients to understand their property management workflows.
- •Requirements Deep technical proficiency and ability to understand and communicate complex software solutions.
- •Demonstrated expertise in the VTS Activate product suite, with a focus on Activate Multifamily and CBRE Host/Host Building products. 3+ years of relevant experience, with commercial real estate property management a plus.
- •Proficiency with property management software platforms such as Angus and Building Engines.
- •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
