- •As Prolific's Platform Engineering Manager, you will lead our Cloud Platform and SRE teams, taking charge of the technical foundation and reliability that allows Prolific to scale securely and efficiently.
- •You'll be instrumental in driving technical decision-making and collaboratively building scalable, resilient, and maintainable systems that power the future of AI.
- •Key Responsibilities Provide leadership, coaching, and professional growth opportunities for Platform teams.
- •Drive the strategic direction for infrastructure and platform, ensuring robust management of services like Kubernetes (GKE) clusters.
- •Own availability and embed SRE principles, including defining SLOs, SLAs, and enhancing observability.
- •Own the developer-facing platform, treating it as a product with its own roadmap.
- •Ensure cloud environments remain secure and compliant with standards such as SOC2 and ISO-27001.
- •Requirements Proven experience leading teams in infrastructure and SRE domains.
- •Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform/Terragrunt, Crossplane).
- •Solid understanding of complex infrastructure and application architecture, observability principles, and incident management.
- •Experience balancing platform stability with developer productivity and velocity.
- •Fluency in translating complex technical solutions into clear narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
