Recruit dealmakers and operators for global real estate growth.
- •Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress by developing Physical AI for industries like food, mining, and transport.
- •As a Real Estate Recruiter, you will be instrumental in scaling the teams responsible for the company's global real estate growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full recruitment lifecycle for Real Estate, Expansion, Development, Construction, and Operations roles.
- •Partner with Real Estate leadership to define hiring needs and align recruiting strategy to market expansion goals.
- •Build strong pipelines through market mapping and proactive outreach to CRE talent.
- •Drive strategic hiring initiatives to improve time-to-fill and increase hiring quality.
- •Requirements 4–6 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with exposure to commercial real estate talent.
- •Strong understanding of CRE roles (acquisitions, leasing, development, project management, construction, underwriting, asset management).
- •Proven success managing high-impact, fast-moving searches across multiple geographies.
- •Strategic partner who can influence leaders and advise on talent markets.
- •Exceptional communicator able to build trust with senior stakeholders and candidates.
