- •Anterior is seeking a Frontier Strategist to bring cutting-edge AI to life in the real world of payer operations.
- •You will own a piece of the "Frontier," running complex customer implementations that bridge clinical workflows, technical integration, and project management.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end engagement from initial design through launch.
- •Decompose complex clinical policy, legacy systems, and stakeholder opinions into clear requirements for engineering.
- •Build consensus among internal and external stakeholders to commit to a shared plan.
- •Gain deep expertise in clinician workflows, payer operations, and healthcare regulations.
- •Act as a trusted advisor to customers, guiding them on their needs and how best to achieve them.
- •Requirements 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, product management, or a technical customer-facing role at a high-growth software company.
- •Proven track record of leading complex transformation programs to completion.
- •Ability to perform first-principles problem solving and reason from the ground up.
- •Technical credibility, including understanding API documentation, data models, and system architecture.
- •Curiosity and empathy, with a desire to learn and become an expert in new content domains.
