- •LegalPlace is seeking a Senior HR Operations Manager to lead HR operations for a strategic perimeter of 250 employees across multiple sites and a remote population.
- •This role requires strong operational HR expertise, agility, and a business partner mindset.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage and develop a team of junior HR professionals.
- •Oversee HR activities across multi-site and remote locations.
- •Support managers and employees on individual and collective HR matters.
- •Ensure compliance with social law and collective agreements (Syntec and Expertise Comptable).
- •Analyze HR KPIs and contribute to HR transformation projects.
- •Requirements Minimum 10 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in complex, multi-site environments.
- •Proven experience in managing HR teams, ideally remotely.
- •Strong understanding of social relations and labor law.
- •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships remotely.
- •Willingness to travel regularly to Montpellier.
