- •Key Responsibilities Oversee sales locations across terminals, agencies, and ticket vending machines, ensuring efficient operations and strong customer experience Evaluate cost-to-sell metrics and execute growth strategies to drive sales performance Lead contract negotiations and manage reseller relationships, ensuring compliance with policies and agreements Manage agency onboarding, training, and ongoing development to maintain successful offline sales channels Conduct site assessments for infrastructure, branding, security, and facilities management, escalating concerns as needed Requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage at various levels of management Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, ensuring efficiency and compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Salesforce for data tracking and process optimization A proactive approach to improving regional operations, driving KPIs, and mitigating risks
