About the role
TL;DR
Perform quality control audits to ensure accurate merchandise flow to stores and customers.
- •The Quality Control Associate ensures accurate merchandise flow to Sur La Table retail stores and direct customers by completing department audits.
- •This role reports to a Distribution Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- •Key Responsibilities Perform audits for assigned departments and supply audit information.
- •Ensure all procedures and documentation are performed safely and efficiently.
- •Meet quality and productivity standards and assist in meeting daily goals.
- •Maintain general housekeeping and organization of the work area.
- •Follow all Sur La Table policies and standard operating procedures.
- •Requirements Ability to communicate verbally and work cooperatively.
- •Ability to use computer and office equipment.
- •Ability to adapt to a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- •Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs (occasionally 50 lbs).
- •Basic PC knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook) and math skills.
