•Key Responsibilities Provide technical support and handle complaints from B2B clients.
•Coordinate the development and implementation of technical solutions and the connection of Company services.
•Interact with internal Kyivstar departments for effective implementation of client projects.
•Maintain support for innovative products for B2B clients.
•Develop a loyal client base by considering their needs and business goals.
•Requirements Experience of 2+ years in telecommunications or IT.
•Experience working with clients in a telecommunications company will be an advantage.
•Understanding of the principles of building and functioning of mobile and fixed-line communication services.
•Skills in supporting technical projects.
•Ability to work with business clients and build long-term relationships.
