About the role
TL;DR
Manage identity and access for Trustpilot's enterprise systems, ensuring secure and efficient user access.
- •Join Trustpilot's 3-person Identity and Access Management (IAM) team to manage critical access and secure resources enterprise-wide.
- •You'll work cross-functionally with Security, HR Ops, Privacy, and IT, leveraging modern tech and AI investments.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage joiner, mover, and leaver processes, access requests, and privileged access.
- •Onboard new applications, integrating with Single Sign-On (SSO) and automated user provisioning (SCIM).
- •Collaborate with IT Operations, Security, and application owners on access issues and configurations.
- •Support audit readiness through periodic access reviews and documentation.
- •Automate and streamline access processes using standards like SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SCIM.
- •Requirements Background in an IT or IAM role with experience using a modern identity provider (Microsoft Entra ID experience is a plus).
- •Practical experience with joiner, mover, and leaver processes, access requests, or user administration.
- •Familiarity with access controls like multi-factor authentication (MFA) and conditional access.
- •Experience configuring enterprise SSO with an understanding of SAML and OAuth 2.0.
- •Curiosity and ability to troubleshoot sign-in flows and integration issues.
