Owns quality for Core Engineering, building test automation and driving release decisions.
- •NODA AI is seeking a Senior Quality Software Engineer to build and own the quality function for Core Engineering.
- •This foundational role involves establishing test automation infrastructure, setting quality standards, and making quality measurable and visible to drive release decisions.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the test automation framework across Rust and Python.
- •Integrate test suites into CI/CD with enforced security and compliance gates.
- •Drive build quality metrics and maintain a component-level quality dashboard.
- •Issue go/no-go recommendations backed by functional, security, and compliance evidence.
- •Grow the QE function under Core Engineering as headcount scales.
- •Requirements 7+ years in software QE with a track record of building test infrastructure.
- •Proficiency in Python; Rust or a clear plan to learn it.
- •Hands-on CI/CD integration experience.
- •Experience owning quality dashboards and metrics that drive go/no-go decisions.
- •Background in defense, robotics, aerospace, or autonomous systems.
