About the role
TL;DR
Lead high-impact initiatives from strategy through execution in a Scaled Agile environment.
- •As a Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving objectives and deliverables across high-impact initiatives.
- •Operating within a Scaled Agile environment, you'll manage complex dependencies, ensuring seamless execution from planning to end-user adoption.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional company initiatives from strategy through execution and delivery.
- •Own agile ceremonies for software development scrum teams.
- •Define and track milestones, identify and manage dependencies, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.
- •Drive GTM strategy and implementations across non-technical groups.
- •Facilitate cross-functional communication and decision-making.
- •Requirements 7+ years of project management experience, ideally in technical environments.
- •Background in brokerage, asset management, or payments processing.
- •Demonstrated success leading initiatives in fintech, trading, or brokerage verticals.
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- •Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent practical experience.
