- •Middesk is looking for a full-cycle Recruiter to help shape our future by building exceptional teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple concurrent searches Partner with hiring managers to define what great looks like and build structured interview processes Ensure a consistent, fair, and engaging candidate experience Help evolve our recruiting systems, tooling, and process as we scale Requirements 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new profiles of talent High ownership and the drive to succeed in an ambitious, fast-paced environment Communication and collaboration skills to earn trust with both hiring teams and candidates Proactive use of the AI-enabled recruiting tech stack
