- •The Field Applications Engineer will support Copia’s platform in industrial automation settings, partnering with sales and customer success to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Collaborate with the post-sales team to ensure timely and efficient deployments of Copia’s solutions.
- •Provide comprehensive support to key accounts, serving as their primary point of contact for troubleshooting and optimization.
- •Work closely with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in engineering with a strong foundation in technical principles.
- •Demonstrated experience in OT networking and PLC automation.
- •Proficiency in Python and SQL.
