TL;DR
Lead RTM Care Navigation team operations and ensure operational excellence.
- •Lead the day-to-day operations of Luna's RTM Care Navigation team.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the day-to-day operations of Luna's RTM Care Navigation team.
- •Manage, coach, and develop RTM Care Navigation employees and contractors.
- •Establish team responsibilities, coverage expectations, quality standards, and operational accountability.
- •Requirements Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist with experience in outpatient, home-based, orthopedic, post-acute, or rehabilitation care settings.
- •Must have a minimum of 3 years of management experience in clinical operations, rehabilitation operations, care coordination, or a healthcare environment.
- •Must have experience managing teams, workflows, and operational processes within a healthcare or clinical operations setting.
