- •Build and establish core planning processes from scratch.
- •Develop and maintain headcount, opex, and cash flow models.
- •Monitor financial performance metrics and translate them into actionable insights.
- •Requirements 4-7 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance at a high-growth company.
- •Exceptional Excel and financial modeling skills with deep understanding of accounting principles and GAAP.
- •Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- •Experience working with modern ERP and HRIS platforms such as NetSuite and Rippling.
