About the role
TL;DR
Drive efficiency and lead cross-functional initiatives to scale Yuno's business.
- •As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in scaling Yuno's business by driving efficiency, improving processes, and leading high-impact cross-functional initiatives.
- •This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you will work closely with Product, Commercial, Finance, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution across markets.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and execute strategic and operational initiatives across key markets.
- •Design, implement, and optimize scalable processes to support rapid growth.
- •Identify operational inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- •Work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering to deliver high-impact projects.
- •Monitor key business metrics and performance indicators.
- •Requirements Fluent English and Portuguese. +4 years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or high-growth startups.
- •Strong analytical skills with experience working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar).
- •Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- •Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholders.
