About the role
TL;DR
Manage employee engagement programs end-to-end, from planning to measurement, leveraging AI for automation.
- •As a Program Manager on the PEP team, you will manage a series of programs centered around how employees connect to Twitch across their entire lifecycle.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end program management of the Engagement portfolio, including New Employee Experience, Tenure Recognition, Mentorship Program, and Twitch Clubs.
- •Project manage the annual Purple Pulse Engagement Survey end to end.
- •Produce bi-weekly Staff Brief and Manager Monthly newsletters, and maintain Twitch's Role Guideline Repository.
- •Modernize the portfolio, evolving programs and scaling delivery through AI-enabled automation.
- •Requirements 4+ years in program management, employee engagement, communications, L&D, or a related people/HR function.
- •Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- •Track record managing concurrent programs with distinct audiences and competing timelines.
- •Experience owning programs end to end, from planning through measurement.
- •Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills.
- •Experience using AI to enhance your workflow.
