- •Lead pre-construction for large-scale GPU data center projects as we scale to multiple gigawatts.
- •Key Responsibilities Run constructability reviews of electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil designs.
- •Perform site evaluations and determine site-specific requirements.
- •Develop construction scope packages and RFPs, manage GC pre-construction services, and negotiate with landlords and contractors.
- •Run construction cost analysis and support budget updates.
- •Build comprehensive handoff packages for Construction Managers.
- •Requirements Experience leading pre-construction for large-scale data center projects.
- •Run constructability reviews across electrical, mechanical, structural, and civil.
- •Perform site due diligence and translate it into schedule and budget impact.
