- •Partner with senior hiring managers, including the CRO and Sales leadership.
- •Drive outbound sourcing as the primary pipeline channel.
- •Maintain data integrity in Ashby and provide weekly pipeline reporting.
- •Lead offer strategy and negotiation.
- •Requirements 5+ years recruiting experience, with at least 2 years hiring quota-carrying sales and technical GTM roles in B2B SaaS.
- •Demonstrated ability to assess commercial candidates on substance.
- •Familiarity with the developer tooling market.
- •Track record managing a high volume requisition load concurrently.
- •Outbound sourcing as a core strength.
