TL;DR
Lead RN Reviewer to supervise and develop a team of RNs, ensuring quality and performance standards.
- •Cohere Health is seeking a Lead RN Reviewer to coach, mentor, and evaluate the RN team, ensuring they meet performance metrics and quality standards.

- •Key Responsibilities Provide general supervision and oversight to nursing staff, including interviewing, training, coaching, and quality auditing.
- •Coordinate day-to-day direction to clinicians and assist in addressing case escalations.
- •Gain a deep understanding of Cohere's product and health plan partners.
- •Interpret operational data and metrics to identify process improvements.
- •Requirements 5+ years in healthcare, managed care, or insurance-related roles. 1-2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity with coaching/training experience.
- •Current, active RN license (BSN preferred).
- •Utilization Management experience required.
- •Comfort interpreting operational data and metrics.
- •Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
- •Kind, patient, and flexible leadership style suited for a remote, fast-paced environment.
