About the role
TL;DR
Teach online paralegal courses, preparing students for legal careers.
- •Campus is seeking experienced, mission-driven, student-centered Paralegal Studies Instructors to deliver high-impact, online courses as part of our ABA-approved Paralegal Studies Program.
- •This role is ideal for legal professionals and educators who are passionate about student success, thrive in virtual learning environments, and are excited to prepare the next generation of practice-ready paralegals.
- •Key Responsibilities Teach 11-week live, online courses using engaging, student-centered instructional strategies.
- •Foster an inclusive, supportive environment that promotes active learning and student participation.
- •Provide timely, constructive feedback and respond to student inquiries within 24 hours.
- •Evaluate student progress, maintain grade records, and submit mid quarter and end of quarter evaluations.
- •Collaborate with peers and Campus staff to share best practices and continuously improve instruction.
- •Requirements J.D., and/or master's degree in legal studies or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications.
- •Demonstrated professional legal experience in areas such as litigation, corporate law, family law, contracts, compliance, government, or public interest practice.
- •At least 2 years of teaching experience at the college/university level.
- •Comfort with digital tools and platforms, including LMS and video conferencing.
