TL;DR
Lead M&A and fundraising efforts to drive Paxos's inorganic growth strategy.
- •Paxos is seeking a Corporate Development professional to lead its inorganic growth strategy, focusing on identifying, structuring, and executing acquisitions and managing fundraising processes.
- •This role reports to the CFO and involves owning the full M&A lifecycle and supporting the executive team in capital raising efforts.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the M&A process end-to-end, including developing investment theses, sourcing, evaluating, and executing acquisitions.
- •Lead end-to-end equity fundraise processes, preparing investor materials and managing diligence.
- •Serve as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing external market insights.
- •Continue to scale Paxos Ventures by sourcing, evaluating, and recommending early-stage venture investments.
- •Establish repeatable processes for deal sourcing, evaluation, and integration planning.
- •Requirements Demonstrated track record of executing M&A or investment transactions.
- •Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- •Proven ability to own a fundraising process end-to-end.
- •Familiarity with the blockchain infrastructure, digital asset, or fintech space is a plus.
- •Comfort operating as an IC in a fast-moving environment.
