- •Key Responsibilities Run the full deal lifecycle from initial outreach through LOI, diligence, closing, and early integration.
- •Build and manage a high-quality pipeline of investment targets.
- •Develop investment theses, conduct market mapping, and prioritize targets.
- •Lead cross-functional diligence across financial, operational, legal, regulatory, and technology workstreams.
- •Own valuation and underwriting, including building financial models and scenario analyses.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, transaction advisory, or strategy consulting.
- •Demonstrated experience executing transactions across the full lifecycle.
- •Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- •Comfort managing multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- •Clear and concise communicator with strong judgment and decision-making discipline.
