TL;DR

- •At Meow, we provide startups with business accounts, corporate cards, and the clean financial reporting they need to operate and raise capital.
- •We are hiring an Accounting Lead who wants real ownership in a fast-moving startup environment.
- •Key Responsibilities Owning the creation, review, and issuance of flawless and timely monthly financials for 20-40 clients Managing and training preparer team for bullet-proof financials and strong client margins Communicating with clients via Slack and Email: answering questions, obtaining information for closes, etc Requirements 3-5 years of accounting experience Strong understanding of month-end close and financial reporting Experience reviewing the work of others (bookkeepers or junior accountants)
