- •We are seeking Solutions Consultants to join our fast-growing team.
- •As part of our team, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming how our clients engage their users through AI.
- •You’ll partner closely with enterprise clients—advertisers and publishers—to design, implement, and optimize intelligent AI agent experiences.
- •Key Responsibilities Guide new clients through onboarding, including solution design and tech implementation.
- •Collaborate with clients to understand goals and align our solutions to their business needs.
- •Manage the end-to-end build of Firsthand agents—from content ingestion to front-end deployment into live Brand Agent campaigns.
- •Design and run AI experiments that demonstrate agent effectiveness and drive client value.
- •Analyze engagement data and user interactions to generate actionable insights.
- •Requirements You’ve worked for 5+ years in ad tech, martech, or a SaaS startup and love the pace and ambiguity of a growing company.
- •You’re excited about AI and its applications in marketing, media, and user experience.
- •You can toggle between technical details and strategic narratives with ease.
- •You enjoy working with both internal teams and external clients, and can build trust quickly.
- •You’re comfortable making slide decks, manipulating spreadsheets, working with data dashboards, and gleaning insights from complex datasets
