Owns People reporting, analytics, and operational processes for the People team.
- •Hyperexponential is seeking a People & Talent Ops Specialist to own People reporting and analytics, and ensure the smooth running of the operational side of the People function.
- •This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning data into meaningful insights and wants to make a real impact.
- •Key Responsibilities Own People reporting and analytics, building dashboards and translating trends into actionable recommendations.
- •Partner with the Talent team to integrate hiring and People data for a holistic employee lifecycle view.
- •Manage day-to-day operations of Lattice, supporting performance review cycles.
- •Drive employee engagement through surveys and initiative development.
- •Requirements Experience building reports, analyses, or dashboards from datasets and drawing conclusions.
- •Responsibility for keeping systems or records accurate and up-to-date.
- •Experience gathering feedback and seeing it through to change or decision.
- •Comfortable working carefully with data and spotting inaccuracies.
- •Experience handling documentation or processes with rigour.
- •Strong analytical and organisational skills.
