- •We are looking for a talented Software Engineering Manager to lead our Targeted Collection Engineering team, focusing on data collection and processing for national security customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Grow and mentor a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a strong engineering culture.
- •Define the roadmap and technical vision for data access and collection capabilities.
- •Design and build scalable, reliable data-intensive applications for collecting and warehousing publicly available information.
- •Own and enhance a managed attribution browser critical for customer workflows.
- •Partner with Product, Mission, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to deliver foundational data capabilities.
- •Requirements 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing software engineering teams.
- •Significant engineering experience across networking, web scraping, browser automation, managed attribution, and operational security best practices.
- •Demonstrated ability to partner closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions balancing customer needs and technical excellence.
- •Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and make sound tradeoffs.
- •Excellent communication skills and a track record of driving alignment across teams.
- •Must hold an Active US security clearance.
