TL;DR
Build and scale AI/data platforms for healthcare innovation.
- •We're looking for experienced engineers to build new products and grow existing ones.
- •You'll work in a fast-paced environment to bring our technology to tens of thousands of users.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and build development and production platforms Own the development of new generative AI features Partner with researchers, engineers, product managers, and designers Accelerate engineering productivity with tooling and systems Create a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture Participate in on-call rotation for critical incidents Requirements 5+ years of engineering experience Experience with TypeScript/React and Python Comfortable taking ownership in a startup environment Experience in designing, building, and scaling production systems Commitment to creating outstanding user experiences Excited about and up-to-date with AI and LLM technology Demonstrate humility, a collaborative spirit, and a willingness to support colleagues Take ownership of challenges and are proactive in learning new skills Build tools to accelerate workflows when off-the-shelf solutions won't do Familiar with healthcare, EHR, HIPAA, and other healthcare regulatory structures (bonus points, not required)
