TL;DR
Supervise offshore AR team, manage billing, collections, and process improvements.
- •Drata is seeking an AR Supervisor to join its fast-growing accounting and finance team.
- •This role will focus on accurate and timely accounting operations and month-end close, working cross-functionally to ensure the business is positioned for success.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the offshore AR team, overseeing cash applications, invoicing, and collections.
- •Manage sales tax and VAT compliance and drive the collections process.
- •Reconcile and correct open invoices between AWS and NetSuite, and partner with Deal Desk and Revenue Recognition teams.
- •Identify bottlenecks and drive process improvement efforts to streamline financial operations.
- •Requirements 7+ years of high volume accounts receivable experience.
- •Experience in a scaling SaaS startup environment is preferred.
- •Proficiency in Netsuite, Salesforce, Zone billing, and Stripe is required.
- •High proficiency in Excel and comprehensive knowledge of U.S.
