About the role
TL;DR
Manage AP operations and drive automation/AI initiatives for a 2-day close.
- •Miro is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager to lead a team and drive automation and AI initiatives for the function.
- •This role is focused on transforming AP operations to support a 2-day month-end close process.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the 2-day close roadmap for AP, building and executing an automation plan.
- •Lead technology assessment for T&E and drive invoicing rollout across EU countries.
- •Implement AI-assisted invoice coding and PO matching, evaluating and implementing solutions.
- •Oversee end-to-end AP operations, including invoice processing, payment runs, and vendor management.
- •Lead and develop a team of AP Specialists, including performance management and hiring.
- •Requirements 7+ years in accounts payable or finance operations, with at least 3 years leading AP transformation or automation initiatives.
- •Tech industry experience is a must.
- •Demonstrated experience implementing AP automation tools.
- •Hands-on AI/ML tool evaluation experience.
- •Strong ERP background, NetSuite strongly preferred.
