- •Own the employee lifecycle end to end, onboarding, comp cycles, performance, offboarding.
- •Put AI at the core of people operations.
- •Partner with leadership on org design, leveling, and culture.
- •Own employment compliance across states and countries.
- •Requirements Experience building or rebuilding a people function at a fast-growing company.
- •Experience implementing people systems and making them stick.
- •Ability to give executives hard feedback and maintain relationships.
- •Experience handling multi-state and multi-country employment complexity.
- •Automation experience before hiring.
- •Bonus: Hyper-growth infrastructure or deep tech, compensation design, HRIS implementations, employment counsel coordination.
