- •In this role, you'll deliver virtual comprehensive care to patients of all ages across a wide range of conditions, while working closely with our provider and support teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Conduct age-appropriate history and virtual exams Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a broad range of conditions across the lifespan Order and interpret diagnostic tests as needed Develop and document treatment plans in a timely, accurate manner Manage acute, chronic, and mental health conditions for pediatric and adult patients Requirements Graduate of an accredited Master’s or Doctoral-level Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license with maintained Registered Nurse (RN) licensure Current national certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC Minimum 3+ years post-training experience in high-volume Urgent Care or Primary Care settings Experience providing care to newborns through adult populations
