- •Key Responsibilities Lead planning and execution of complex exploration projects, including drilling and surveys.
- •Develop and implement risk assessments and mitigation plans, considering Swedish winter conditions.
- •Manage contractor selection, performance, and contract administration.
- •Ensure compliance with Swedish mining and environmental legislation.
- •Lead site remediation and rehabilitation activities.
- •Requirements 12+ years of experience in field operations in mineral exploration, mining, or related industries.
- •Advanced knowledge of construction methodology, including winter and frozen-ground construction.
- •Strong understanding of helicopter-supported exploration and procurement processes.
- •Demonstrated commitment to health and safety standards.
- •Fluent in Swedish and English.
