About the role
TL;DR
Lead a team responsible for vehicle damage assessment, claims processing, and defleeting coordination.
- •As Team Lead Fleet Operations at FINN, you will be responsible for the disciplinary leadership of our team for damage assessment, claims processing, and defleeting coordination.
- •You will manage external partners and internal interfaces to ensure highly efficient, economical claims processing and smooth vehicle handling through all processes.
- •Your strengths in process optimization and team development will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and FINN's scaling trajectory.
- •Key Responsibilities Steer efficient and economical processing of all vehicle damage and defleeting coordination processes.
- •Control final settlement decisions regarding customer billing and act as a central expert for damage-related questions.
- •Integrate new service providers, define clear performance criteria, and actively demand quality improvements.
- •Lead and develop your team through regular coaching, constructive feedback, and individual development plans.
- •Ensure seamless system maintenance and high data quality of all process-relevant information.
- •Requirements Proven professional experience in an operational environment (Operations, Logistics, or Automotive) including demonstrable leadership experience.
- •Successfully completed degree or comparable training (e.g., Business Administration with a focus on Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Automotive).
- •Strong process understanding with the ability to question, structure, and continuously optimize complex operational processes.
- •Excellent German (C2) and very good English (B2) language skills.
