- •Pine is hiring a Mortgage Advisor to help in facilitating a smooth and quick homebuying experience.
- •You'll be getting in on the ground level and playing a critical role in shaping our internal processes and customer experience.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage customer deal flow, while ensuring prioritization of files in progress.
- •Act as a liaison between underwriter, lender and clients.
- •Work with Operations Manager to develop strategies for increasing conversion and building efficient processes to maximize volume.
- •Work directly with customer to build rapport and to help them in determining the right product for their needs based on your professional discretion.
- •Ensure all required documentation is procured and reviewed prior to underwriter submission.
- •Requirements A licensed mortgage professional with 2+ years of experience in the industry Licensed as a mortgage agent or broker in multiple provinces (highly desirable) Proven experience managing a large and diverse client portfolio Customer-obsessed with a passion for delivering exceptional homebuying experiences Eager to learn, adapt, and challenge the status quo to improve existing processes
