- •This role involves working independently in an environment governed by HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and SOC 2.

- •Identify gaps and contribute to problem framing, considering data and compliance.
- •Manage dependencies, escalate issues with context, and create clarity through writing.
- •Provide peer feedback, mentor junior engineers, and participate in hiring.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience delivering production systems.
- •Ability to own a product surface end-to-end and work independently.
- •Proficiency in at least one of Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- •Experience with application security and compliance-regulated environments is a plus.
