- •Key Responsibilities Independent management and care of a fixed WEG-object inventory Preparation, execution, and structured follow-up of owner meetings (ETVs) and reliable implementation of resolutions Technical and organizational leadership of the local team and continuous development of internal processes Control and coordination of service providers and craftsmen including the assignment and commissioning of repair measures Competent and service-oriented communication with owners, boards and external partners Independent processing and processing of insurance damage Objective examination of invoices and regular on-site inspections Requirements Completed training as a real estate merchant, relevant studies or comparable qualification with solid experience in WEG management Secure and practice-tested knowledge of current WEG law First experience in personnel management or the motivation to take over responsibility for a 9-person team as a team leader Solid handling of common management software, ideally user skills in Domus Sovereign, professional appearance in the management of owner meetings Strong soft skills such as pronounced communication skills, conflict management, assertiveness and a high process understanding A structured, organizationally strong working method combined with real team spirit
