About the role
TL;DR
Build the system that finds, qualifies, and engages customers for a global fintech.
- •You'd build the system that finds our customers, qualifies them, reaches them, and gets smarter from every conversation we have.
- •You'd be the first engineer dedicated to it, designing it from scratch.
- •You'll partner closely with growth marketing, engineering, and country teams in Brazil and Mexico.
- •Key Responsibilities Build the outbound engine: lists, scoring, sending infrastructure, and sequencing.
- •Develop the sales execution layer for rep briefs and post-call updates.
- •Design the data foundation for revenue modeling and pipeline reporting.
- •Make build-versus-buy decisions for the technology stack.
- •Requirements Experience building systems that work and keep working, using languages like Python, TypeScript, or SQL.
- •Experience working close to revenue, building for sales teams.
- •Experience putting models into production with error handling and structured output.
- •Understanding of how cold emails reach inboxes and what breaks them.
- •Proficiency in both Portuguese and English.
