- •As our People & Talent Specialist, you'll support candidates and employees throughout their lifecycle at LeanData.
- •Key Responsibilities Source candidates and conduct initial screens.
- •Schedule interviews and maintain ATS records.
- •Support performance reviews and benefits administration.
- •Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and compliance activities.
- •Contribute to people programs and initiatives.
- •Requirements 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or people operations.
- •Hands-on experience with an ATS and/or HRIS.
- •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- •Clear, warm communication with candidates and employees.
- •Sound judgment around confidential information.
- •Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
